Window cleaning in Odesa
Windows, shopfronts, facades — professional cleaning without streaks. Window cleaning is priced by the area of glass, not by the number of sashes.
How the area of glass is calculated
Windows differ: a single panoramic sash can equal four ordinary ones. So we count square metres of glass rather than windows — that way the price does not depend on how the sashes happen to be divided.
- ✓ The area of one window = length × width.
- ✓ Example: 5 m × 3 m = 15 m² of glass.
- ✓ We add up the areas of all the windows and multiply by the rate.
- ✓ The rate depends on the state of the glass: ordinary cleaning or after a renovation.

Pricing by the area of glass is the same for every type of glazing — only the access to it changes.
Shopfronts and facades of businesses
Shops, cafés, office premises. For regular shopfront cleaning we agree a schedule.
Glass after a renovation
Masking tape, construction dust, drops of paint and dried compounds. The rate is higher because this is a different amount of work.

How much does window cleaning in an apartment cost? +
We charge by the area of glass: from 150 UAH/m². Three ordinary windows are roughly 6 m² of glass, that is about 900 UAH. After a renovation the rate is from 200 UAH/m².
How do I measure the window area myself? +
Multiply the length by the width of each window and add up the results. For example, 5 m × 3 m = 15 m². Enter that total area into the calculator.
How long does window cleaning take? +
Roughly 1–4 hours. Windows after a renovation take 1–5 hours: tape and dried compounds come off more slowly than ordinary dirt.
Do you clean windows with film? +
Yes, but by arrangement: film calls for more careful work. Mention it in your request in advance.
Can I order window cleaning separately from a full clean? +
Yes. Window cleaning is a service in its own right: we come to your home or office and clean only the windows, there is no need to order a full clean for it.
