How deep cleaning differs from maintenance cleaning
The difference is not the list of rooms but the depth: maintenance cleaning keeps an order that already exists, deep cleaning creates it. Hence the different working time and the different rate.

The type of property — apartment, house or office — does not change the rate: we charge by area and type of work.
What the price covers and what is billed separately
The rate per square metre covers the cleaning itself, end to end, in a single visit. Jobs with their own price list are added on top, so the final amount holds no surprises.

Outside Odesa the travel cost is paid by the client. For large properties we recommend an on-site assessment — that way the final amount does not change mid-job.

Deep or post-renovation cleaning: which to choose
The rate is the same — 100 UAH/m² either way. The choice is not about price but about what has to be dealt with: deep cleaning removes household dirt that has built up, post-renovation cleaning removes construction dust and traces of materials.
Post-renovation cleaning- ✓ Grease in the kitchen, limescale in the bathroom, zones untouched for a long time — deep cleaning.
- ✓ Construction dust, traces of glue and compounds after the works — post-renovation cleaning. Windows there are charged at a separate rate: from 200 UAH/m² of glass instead of 150.
- ✓ Soot, smoke damage, flood aftermath, a lingering smell — these are difficult cases: a separate rate of 300 to 400 UAH/m² and an on-site assessment before the work starts.

How long does a deep clean take? +
Usually 6–8 hours. The exact time depends on the area and the condition of the property: maintenance cleaning takes 2–4 hours, and difficult cases are agreed individually after an assessment.
Is window cleaning part of the job? +
No, windows are charged separately — from 150 UAH/m² of glass, and from 200 UAH/m² after a renovation. Deep cleaning can be ordered with or without window cleaning.
How much does a deep clean of a one- or two-room apartment cost? +
We charge by area at 100 UAH/m². A one-room apartment of 40 m² is 4,000 UAH, a two-room of 60 m² is 6,000 UAH, a three-room of 80 m² is 8,000 UAH. Find your own area in the table above or work it out in the calculator.
Can I order cleaning for the kitchen only? +
Yes. The kitchen is charged by its own area at the same rate of 100 UAH/m². Put the area in your request and we will price it exactly.
How is this different from ordinary cleaning? +
Cleaning is the general name for the service, and deep cleaning is its thorough version: we wash not only open surfaces but also appliances, plumbing, tiles and the places maintenance cleaning never reaches.
Do you deep clean a private house? +
Yes, at the same rate of 100 UAH/m². The type of property does not change the calculation: an apartment, a house and an office are charged alike. The calculator covers areas from 30 to 200 m²; for larger properties we agree the price separately and recommend an on-site assessment.
Do I need to be at home during the cleaning? +
Not necessarily. You can hand over the keys or arrange access — we will agree on whatever suits you.
