Why post-renovation cleaning is harder than ordinary cleaning
The dirt here is of a different nature. Construction dust settles again and again, and glue and compounds do not wash off with water — professional chemicals and several passes are needed.
Traces of glue and compounds
Grout, filler, expanding foam, drops of paint. Removed with chemicals and mechanically — this is the longest part of the job.
Masking tape on the glass
The most labour-intensive part of windows after a renovation. That is exactly why washing windows after a renovation costs more than usual: 200 UAH/m² of glass against 150.
The scope here depends not only on the area but also on the condition of the property. For large properties we recommend an on-site assessment — that way the final amount and the timing are agreed before the work starts, not during it.
The order the work follows
The sequence is not a formality: break the order and the same surfaces have to be cleaned twice.

We remove the large debris
Leftover materials, offcuts, packaging. Removal of construction waste is agreed separately.

We take off the traces of building compounds
Glue, grout, filler, paint — from floors, walls, plumbing and furniture.

We clear the dust from the top down
Ceilings and light fittings, then vertical surfaces, then the floor. Dust settles — which is why the floor is washed last.

We wash the windows and hand over the work
Tape, dust and streaks on the glass. If anything needs redoing, we will put it right.

Washing windows after a renovation
Windows after the builders are a separate service at a separate rate. We charge by the area of glass rather than by the number of windows: length × width of each window, then the sum.

Large leftovers of materials are removed as part of the job. Taking away construction waste is agreed separately — put the volume in your request and we will answer specifically.
Do I need to be on site? +
Not necessarily. You can hand over the keys or arrange access — we will agree on whatever suits you.
Can I order only the window cleaning after a renovation? +
Yes. It is a separate service, there is no need to order cleaning of the whole property for it.
