Cleaning after a fire or a flood in Odesa

Trash-out cleaning: fires, floods, difficult biological contamination and other hard cases. We take on properties that ordinary cleaning crews turn down.

What we come out for

A difficult case differs from a deep clean not in area but in the condition of the property: here the aftermath of the event has to be dealt with first, and only then does the cleaning proper begin.

After a fire

Smoke residue and soot settle on every surface, including those the fire never reached. Cleaning after a fire comes together with the question of the smell — that is closed by a separate treatment.

After a flood

We pump out the water, dry the premises and clear the aftermath. Until the premises have dried, the smell and the problems that follow are not going anywhere.

Trash-out cleaning

Difficult biological contamination and other hard cases — apartments after long neglect, premises after tenants, venues after a long closure.

If you are not sure whether yours is such a case or an ordinary deep clean, describe the situation and we will tell you straight. The rate of 300–400 UAH/m² is higher than the deep-cleaning one precisely because the scope of work here is different.

The order of the work

The sequence matters here: swap the steps around and part of the work has to be done twice.

  1. 1

    On-site assessment

Difficult cases are not priced over the phone. We look at the property, the condition of the surfaces and the scope — and only then name the amount and the scope of work.

  2. 2

    Dealing with the aftermath

After a flood — pumping out the water and drying the premises. After a fire — removing smoke residue and soot from the surfaces. Until that is done, ordinary cleaning makes no sense.

  3. 3

    Cleaning the premises

Then comes the cleaning itself, at the trash-out rate. The scope depends on the condition of the property, not on its area alone.

  4. 4

    Dealing with the smell

A lingering smell after a fire or a flood is removed by fogger treatment — a separate service at a fixed price, ordered after the cleaning rather than instead of it.

How much cleaning after a fire or a flood costs

Difficult cases are priced by area, but at a separate — higher — rate. We name the exact amount after assessing the property.

Price list

  • Trash-out cleaning 300–400 UAH/m²

    Fires, floods, difficult contamination

  • Fogger (cold fog) from 2,500 UAH

The smell is a separate service, priced per premises

  • Deep cleaning from 100 UAH/m²

If the case turns out not to be a trash-out one

  • Post-renovation cleaning from 100 UAH/m²

If a renovation followed the event

Combined cleaning and difficult cases are agreed individually. Outside Odesa the travel cost is paid by the client.

Why we start with an on-site assessment

For ordinary cleaning the area and the type of work are enough to give a price straight away. A difficult case does not work that way: two rooms of the same area can differ several times over in the amount of work.

  • The condition of the surfaces after a fire or a flood can only be seen on site.
  • Part of the job is not cleaning but dealing with the aftermath: water, drying, soot.
  • The smell calls for a separate treatment, and that is judged by the state of the premises, not by the area.
  • The rate of 300–400 UAH/m² is a range precisely because very different scopes of work sit inside it.

In short

  • Rate 300–400 UAH/m²
  • Unit of pricing square metre
  • Assessment a visit to the property
  • Smell fogger, from 2,500 UAH

You do not have to be on site while the work is done: you can hand over the keys or arrange access. If anything needs redoing, we will put it right.

Frequently asked questions about difficult cases

How much does cleaning after a fire cost? +

From 300 to 400 UAH per square metre depending on the condition of the property. We name the exact amount after an on-site assessment — a case like this cannot be priced honestly from photographs.

Do you clean up after a flood? +

Yes. We pump out the water, dry the premises and clear the aftermath. If a smell remains once everything has dried, fogger treatment closes it.

How does trash-out cleaning differ from a deep clean? +

In the amount of work, not in the area. Deep cleaning is from 100 UAH/m² in normally kept premises. Trash-out is from 300 UAH/m², because first the property has to be brought to a state where cleaning can begin at all.

Does the smell after a fire go away with cleaning? +

The smell does not go by itself with cleaning — there is a separate fogger treatment for it, from 2,500 UAH. The right order is cleaning first, treatment after, otherwise the smell comes back.

How long does trash-out cleaning take? +

Roughly 6–10 hours — the same estimate the calculator on the homepage shows. The exact time depends on the condition of the property and is settled during the visit: after a fire or a flood the scope cannot be worked out from the area in advance.

Do you take on such properties in commercial premises? +

Yes. Fogger, trash-out, floods, restaurants after a long closure — we take them on. For large properties an on-site assessment is required.
